As a major UK-based Real Estate Investment Trust, SEGRO has entrusted BeBa’s expertise across multiple large-scale solar PV installations throughout the UK. One such project is a seven-unit industrial park located in Croydon, where BeBa delivered a roof-mounted solar PV system with a total capacity of 824 kWp. The installation is expected to generate 741,024 kWh of clean electricity annually, significantly reducing reliance on the grid.

Future proof
While, delivering substantial electricity cost savings for tenants, the project plays a key role in supporting SEGRO’s sustainability strategy by lowering carbon emissions and helping future proof the site against rising energy costs. This installation demonstrates how renewable energy can be seamlessly integrated into commercial and industrial assets to deliver both environmental and long-term commercial value.
