With a pedigree in commercial and industrial solar, Rob has overseen solar construction projects from Penzance to Aberdeen. His primary role at BeBa is the management of all new installations in order to ensure BeBa’s reputation for quality, safety and scheduling is upheld.

Bio:
Phil has been in the electrical contracting industry for the last 16 years dealing with high-end residential installations and energy saving solutions. Now a chartered construction manager, he heads up our Asset Management team and deals with all forms of repair, monitoring and maintenance

Bio:
Graduating with a degree in Civil Engineering and with four years of experience in the renewable energy industry, George joined the BeBa Energy design team in 2023. Helping with project design from the initial survey to final commissioning, as well as monitoring and maintenance of the existing BeBa sites.

Joe’s role at BeBa sees him assume overall responsibility for our remote monitoring platforms to ensure faults and issues are identify quickly as well as providing monthly reports to asset owners. He holds a Geography BSC from University of Hertfordshire with a focus in spatial data and has experience working in asset management

Melanie has had a rich and varied career with time spent at local government, a private dental practise in London as well as experience within property services. Her role at BeBa is to support all of the administration functions at BeBa’s HQ in Hemel Hempstead
